Thanks to Sherry and the MLA Social Committee, MLA joined the Wine & Harvest Festival parade today. Thanks to all of the volunteers today! Dave & Diane for driving the boat float, neighbors around the lake that rode, waved and walked & passed out candy! Bubbles were also a big hit. So happy this idea was so much fun!!!

The Maple Lake Association hosted our inaugural Boat Poker Run on August 29th, and we couldn’t have asked for a better turnout. The lake was filled with boats, laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of community spirit!

Participants cruised around Maple Lake, making 5 stops to collect their cards and build their poker hands. And remember—you didn’t need to know a thing about playing poker to participate! It was all about getting out on the lake, having fun, and enjoying the day with friends and neighbors.

At the end of the run, everyone gathered together on the sandbar to see who had the winning hands and to celebrate our first-ever Poker Run. There were prizes, lots of smiles, and, most importantly, a great time was had by all.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated and helped make our first Boat Poker Run such a success! Events like this are what make Maple Lake such a special place—not just because of the beautiful lake we get to enjoy, but because of the wonderful people who call it home.

We are already looking forward to doing it again!

Our latest concert tie-up brought together boats, kayaks, and plenty of Maple Lake neighbors for an evening of music, fun, and good company. It was great to see everyone gathering on the water and enjoying the beautiful summer evening together.

And here’s the best part—you don’t need a boat to join the fun! Whether you’re in a kayak, paddleboat, pontoon, floatie, or enjoying the concert from shore, there’s always a place for you at our MLA events. It’s all about getting together, enjoying our beautiful lake, and spending time with our Maple Lake community.

Our First Sunday Boat Tie-Up Was a Success!

We officially kicked off our Sunday Boat Tie-Up series this past weekend, and what a great start it was! Boaters gathered at the amphitheater to enjoy an evening of live music from The Iconix, beautiful weather, and great company. It was the perfect way to spend a summer Sunday on the water!

A big thank you to everyone who tied up their boats and joined us for our first event of the season. Seeing the waterfront filled with friends, families, and music made for an unforgettable evening.

If you weren’t able to make it, there’s still plenty of time to join the fun! Every Sunday, we invite boaters to tie up at the amphitheater and enjoy live entertainment, connect with fellow boaters, and make the most of summer evenings on the water.

We’ll see you next Sunday! Grab your crew, tie up your boat, and come enjoy another evening of music, laughter, and summer memories at the amphitheater.

The Maple Lake Association’s Ladies of the Lake Brunch, held on June 27, 2026, was a wonderful success!

Members enjoyed a beautiful morning filled with delicious food, great conversation, and the opportunity to connect with friends and neighbors. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect, making it an ideal day to gather and celebrate our amazing lake community.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to Jeanie and Melinda for graciously hosting this year’s brunch. Your hard work, hospitality, and attention to detail made the event truly special and appreciated by everyone who attended.
